Tastefully Simple Quic Corn Bread Mix (16 oz box)
1 cup 2% milk (Fat free or 1% milk would reduce the calorie count even more)
1/3 cup Canola Oil (they indicate vegetable oil on the box but I thought that Canola Oil would be healthier...)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Prepare muffin pan muffin cups if desired. (I usually spray them lightly with the spray "oil" too.)
Combine ingredients in medium bowl; stir to blend.
Divide the batter equally between the 12 muffin cups (about 1/3 cup per muffin cup).
Bake at 350-degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
(This can be made with 1 cup of shredded Cheddar Cheese too for a little variety.)
