Introduction

Ingredients

    For Two:
    Two chicken breasts
    One red bell pepper
    One yellow bell pepper
    One Medium Onion
    4 cloves of Garlic
    6 tablespoons Kroger Sweet and Spicy Steak Sauce (or substitute sauce)

Directions

Prepare brown rice while cooking chicken and peppers.

Heat your skillet or Wok, and spray with cooking spray.
Cut up Chicken, peppers, onions and garlic
Saute peppers, onions and half the garlic in half the steak sauce until it just starts to get tender.
Remove and store in container
Saute cut up chicken in remainder of garlic. Once chicken is white in the middle, add pepper, onion, garlic mix to the chicken and add the rest of the steak sauce.
Cook until the peppers are pliable, but not soggy.

Serve over brown rice.

    I marinated the chicken in grill mates white wine and herb sauce and then added the sauce to the pan when stir frying everything together. It was delicious. - 2/10/10

    I thought it was alittle much for only two servings, so I used 3oz Chicken breasts and half the veggies and sauce, it was awesssooome - 8/29/10
