Ingredients



    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces (remove)
    * Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 8 jumbo (remove)
    * *Aji-Mirin Sweet Coking Rice Seasoning, 6 tbsp (remove)
    * *Soy Sauce, 6 tbsp (remove)
    * *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * *Fresh Sweet Onion (1 Medium Raw), 1 serving (remove)
    * *Sucralose (like Splenda), 4 tsp (remove)
    * *Cilantro - fresh, 1 cup (remove)

Directions

Saute chicken in a tablespoon of oil then set aside. Saute the sliced onion and mushrooms in the other tablespoon of oil. Put the chicken back in the pan. Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce and mirin. Mix the splenda in. Heat everything up.
In a bowl, scramble the eggs, then pour in over the chicken and vegetables. After chopping up the cilantro, put it on top of the chicken and egg mixture. Cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes until egg is firm.
