Ingredients

    1 can chick pea
    1 tsp EVOO
    juice of one lemon
    1 tsp rosemary
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients and let marinade for one hour. Preheat oven to 375. Roast chick peas for 25-30 min turning several times.
