Ingredients

    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
Lemon Juice, 2 fl oz (remove)
Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 2 tbsp (remove)
    chilli powder, 1 tsp (remove)
Frank's RedHot Buffalo Wing Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)
Hidden Valley The Original Ranch Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix, 1 tbsp (remove)
Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt Plain, 1 cup (remove)
Boneless Breast Chicken Tenderloin, 32 oz (remove)

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees Farenheit. Toss the chicken with the pepper, and chili powder and arrange on a baking sheet. Roast until the skin is lightly blistered and the meat is cooked all the way through, about 15 minutes.

Melt the Smart Balance Buttery Spread in a large non stick skillet or saute pan at medium high heat and add the hot sauce and half of the lemon juice. Remove the chicken tenderloins from the oven and add directly to the hot pan, tossing to thoroughly coat every piece in the sauce.

Mix the yogurt with the Hidden Valley ranch dressing powder. Serve the wings by itself or with celery stix.

Makes 8 servings around 70-75g per serving; serve 1 oz of the yogurt mix.

I did make it last night. Was good & easy. We like it on the hotter side. I didn't have as much Chicken only 1 lb so I needed to cut back on the Butter which dulled the "hot" down. Otherwise was a nice change! Thank you - 3/17/10
