Ingredients

    1 cup broccoli, chopped
    150g baby bok choy
    1 cup chicken broth, no name
    .25 cup coconut milk
    15g green curry paste
    1/2 cup bean sprouts
    1/2 cup rice noodles, cooked, drained and rinsed
    3 or 4 slices of jalepeno pepper
    squirt lime juice
    sprinkle of fresh basil, chopped

Directions

Steam or simmer broccoli and bok choy for 2 minutes. Heat broth and coconut milk. Add green chili paste. In large bowl put rice noodles, hot broccoli and bok choy, broth and milk mixture, and then top with bean sprouts, jalepeno peppers, basil and a squirt of lime juice.
