Ingredients

1 Lb. Ground Chuck
1 Lb. Ground Chicken
2 medium Onions, Chopped
1 Tablespoon Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
3 Tablespoons Gebhardt Chili Powder
2 Tablespoons Light chili Powder (Kroger brand) (optional)
2 16 oz. cans Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
2 14.5 oz. cans Muir Glen fire roasted tomatoes
2 14.5 oz. cans Stewed tomatoes
2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 Tablespoon ground Cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Directions
Put the ground chuck, ground chicken, and onion into a 8 qt. dutch oven. Turn heat on to med. high. Cook and and stir until meat is brown and onions are translucent. Add in salt, pepper, first chili powder and cook for about 2 minutes stiring constantly. Add the beans and all tomatoes,stir to combine. Let cook for 10 minutes then stir in the cumin, cayenne, and light chili powder bring to a boil then turn heat down to med. low. Continue to cook for another 30 minutes. This chili should be real thick when its done cooking.
