This super easy, super delicious BBQ chicken recipe is magically finished by the time you get home for work and ready to be put on your bun of choice.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 large can of crushed tomato, or 2 small cans
    1 can of tomato sauce
    1 cup chopped mushroom
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 can of diet coke or pepsi
    3 dashes of worshteshire sauce
    2 packets of truvia or like sweetener
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    12 oz of chicken breast
    4 Sandwich Thins (approx 100 cals of bready-stuff)
    .25 cup of sharp cheddar

Directions

Add everything except the bread and cheddar to the slow cooker and turn on for 8 hours of slow cook.
When complete, stir.
Spoon onto sandwich thin and garnish with cheddar.
Delicious when servied with a vinaigrette coleslaw
