Ingredients

    3 cups potatoes peeled and diced
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    1 1/2 cups diced green chiles
    1/2 onion diced
    5 cloves garlic diced
    3 choplets diced

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Add enough water to cover ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer. Cook until potatoes tender. Add more water as needed.
