    Flank Steak, 1 lb (remove)
    *Beck's Imported Beer, regular, 8 oz (remove)
    Oranges, 1 small (2-3/8" dia) (remove)
    Lime Juice, 1 lime yields (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 4 tsp (remove)
    Corn Tortillas, 10 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) (remove)
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, .50 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Onions, raw, .50 cup, chopped (remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Chipotle Corn Salsa, 8 oz


Combine steak, beer, oragne juice, lime juice, salt and peper in 5-6 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook until steak is fork-tender, 4-6 hours on high or 8-10 hours on low.
At end of cooking time transfer steak to cutting board, you can pull apart the meat with fork, put in bowl or back in crock pot with cooking liquid.
Heat tortillas according to package directions. Top each with 2 tablespoons steak, 1 tablespoon salsa, 1 teaspoon yogurt, 1 Tablespoon red onion, and cilantro.
