    4 long red chillies, chopped
    1/2c brown sugar
    1c canned crushed tomatoes
    2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
    1/2c water

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a small pot, dring to the boil and reduce to a thick jam consistency
