Ingredients

    2c carrots
    1/2c onion
    1/2 c green pepper
    1/2 c red pepper
    garlic to taste
    Italian seasoning to taste
    1 can green beans
    1 can wax beans
    2 tbs Olive oil
    46oz V8
    1 can tomatoes with green chilis
    4 c water
    4 c cabbage
    2 tbs Splenda

Directions

Heat pan with EVOO, add carrots, pepper, onions garlic and seasoning, cook until veggies are soft.
Add all other ingredents, simmer for a few hours.
