View full nutritional breakdown of Lemon Blueberry Oatmeal calories by ingredient

Introduction

This is a very hearty oatmeal, easy to fix and unusual. The blueberries give the oatmeal a bright purplish hue if you add them early in the process. If the tartness of the lemon is too strong, additional sweetner may be necessary. The oatmeal stays as individual grains rather than turning into mush.
