Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    *Flour, white, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Yellow Cornmeal, .5 cup (remove)
    Oats, .5 cup (remove)
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed (remove)
    Oil, wheat germ, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .25 tbsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 8 oz (remove)
    Canola Oil, .25 cup (remove)
    Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Raisins, .25 cup, packed (remove)
    dash of cinnamon

Directions

In a large bowl combine the first 8 ingredients. In another bowls combine the egg, mile, and oil. Stir into the dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in walnuts and raisins.

Coat muffin cups with cooking spray. Fill 2/3 full with batter. Bake @ 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
