Introduction
Quick, Easy, and DELICIOUS Quick, Easy, and DELICIOUSNumber of Servings: 4
Ingredients
-
1 lb. Boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tbsp. Lemon Pepper
4 tbsp. Kraft Thick'n Spicy Barbecue Sauce Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning
Directions
Makes 4 4-oz. servings
Put Olive Oil, garlic powder and lemon pepper into a zipper baggie or shallow dish and mix well. Put the chicken strips (or whole boneless, skinless breast) into the mixture and coat well. Let marinate for about half an hour. In a separate dish, mix Barbecue sauce and Tony Chachere's together.
Cook chicken tenders on a dual contact (George Foreman) grill for about 6 minutes, or until just golden brown. If you are using a whole breast, cook a little longer and check to see that the thickest part of the meat is fully cooked.
Coat the grilled chicken in the barbecue sauce mixture and serve hot! Enjoy!
**Tony Chachere's also makes a no-salt version of their Creole Seasoning. Using the no-salt version will considerably lower the sodium in the dish.
