Introduction

This is my take on Pineapple Fried Rice. It's basically only missing the pineapple! This is my take on Pineapple Fried Rice. It's basically only missing the pineapple!

Ingredients

    2 Cups Brown Rice, cooked
    .5 Cup Peas (frozen)
    .5 Cup green beans (frozen)
    Cooking spray
1 Tbs Curry powder (add to taste!)

Directions

This is really simple and can be done in any order really, but here is how I do it generally.

Spray a frying pan, skillet or wok with cooking spray. I prefer something with an edge to keep the rice from flying all over the place. Heat up your rice in the pan. Add the vegetables! Let those little frozen guys get nice and warm and cooked. Then I add the curry powder, mix it in and let it cook a little longer.

That's how I do it, but really it's the kind of recipe that you just throw everything in and let it get hot. This is great for two people about 1.5 cups each per serving.
