Introduction

An easy chocolate chip recipe with only about 75 calories per cookie. Great for a n indulgent yet healthy-ish snack!! An easy chocolate chip recipe with only about 75 calories per cookie. Great for a n indulgent yet healthy-ish snack!!
Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    1/3 cup brown sugar
    1/3 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/3 cup margarine

    2 cups flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Mix first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
3. In smaller bowl, mix last 3 ingredients.
4. Stir dry mix into large bowl with wet ingredients.
5. Mix in chocolate chips.
6. Place 1 tsp of dough 2 inches away from eachother on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Makes 36 cookies.

    I looked in at the calories and figured out that it's 2 1/4 c. Hershey's chocolate chips was used to figure it out. I'd probably just go with a bag. As for time in the oven, at 450 I wouldn't go for much longer than about 8 or 9 minutes, if even that long. - 2/24/10
