Ingredients

    1/2 lb Ground Chicken
    1 15.5 oz can of Fat Free Pinto Beans
    2 Cloves of Garlic, Chopped
    1 10oz can of Rotel
    1 cup of Hunts all natural Tomato sauce
    1 tbsp ground Cumin
    2 Tsp of Lawry's Garlic Salt with Pasley
    2 tbsp of Ground Chipotle pepper
    2 Tbsp Chili Powder
    1 cup water
    2 tsp ground or dried oregano
    2 tsp chipolte chili powder
    1 tbsp paprika
    2 tsp packed brown sugar
    2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Heat the pan with the olive oil. Add the ground chicken and the garlic salt. Brown the chicken until most of it is no longer pink and has a solid consistency. Add the chopped garlic. Brown until all chicken is no longer pink and the garlic is fragrant.
To the pot, add the water, sauce, and spices. Add the whole can of rotel, juices ad all. Drain the can of beans and add. Mix and simmer for about 30-45 minutes.
