Introduction

I tried to create a granola that didn't include sugar or Spelnda, instead using Maple Syrup as a sweetener. You can change the nut type or the fruit types as well! Very Good
I halved the recipe just to try it... I found it tasty (love the maple flavour) but a little fruit-rich. I would cut back the fruit to 3/4 cup next time, since I'm not big on dried fruit really. Should note, maple syrup averages 66.5% sugar, so not really sugar free. - 3/1/10
