Introduction

This was a cooks.com recipe. I used low fat/low calorie mayonnaise and discarded the yolks from the hard boiled egg to make better for weight management. Ingredients

    1 c. Kraft low fat mayonnaise with olive oil
    1/3 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. pickle relish
    1 tbsp. chopped onion
    1 hard cooked egg (discard yolk) chopped

Directions

Mix all ingredients together well. Cover and chill. Makes 2 cups.
To make Russian Dressing add some chili sauce to the Island dressing.

1 serving = 1 TBSP
