Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    *Flour, white, 2 cup
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Olive Oil, .33 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Water, tap, .75 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients well in large bowl.

Fill each cupcake liner 3/4 of the way.

Baked in ove for about 20 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Makes up to 15 cupcakes.

Serving = 1 cupcake.
