Introduction
This is a slightly modified version of a recipe I found in the Kraft "food & family" Fall 2008 version. It's wonderful, because using the muffin pan cuts cooking time in half, plus allows those of us watching our calories to easily control our portions. Ingredients

16 oz (1 lb) lean ground turkey
1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing Mix (I used the Lower Sodium box)
1 cup water
1 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
Directions
Makes 6 servings, 2 meatloaves each.
Heat oven to 375. Mix meat, stuffing, water, and garlic powder in large bowl. Press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
Make an indentation in center of each meatloaf with spoon, and fill with barbecue sauce.
Bake 30 min. or until cooked through.
*Optional* The original recipe called for topping each meatloaf with shredded cheese, but I did not do that and it's not included in the nutritional information.
