Ingredients

    8 ounces whole wheat pasta
    4 teaspoons EVOO, divided
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 can Hunts® No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes
    1 (15.5 oz.) can Great Northern beans, rinsed well
    ½ (16 oz.) package Farmland® Cubed Ham
    ¼ teaspoon pepper
    ¾ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

Directions

1. Cook pasta in large deep pot according to package directions; drain and add 1 teaspoon EVOO. Keep warm.
2. Heat the remaining EVOO in large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic to the skillet and cook over medium heat about 30 seconds. Do not brown.
3. Combine garlic mixture, tomatoes, white beans, ham and pepper with the hot cooked pasta.
4. Toss over low heat until thoroughly heated.
5. Add Parmesan cheese; toss and heat thoroughly over low heat.
