Introduction

I adjusted the Betty Crocker recipe slightly by omitting the fresh onion and salt and using Lipton Onion Soup Mix. I also used skim milk and the reduced fat Bisquick. I could make this better by using reduced fat cheese but I don't haev that in my pantry at the moment. Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground beef
1 pouch Lipton Onion Soup mix
    1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. Reduced fat Bisquick
    1 c. sim milk

Directions

Heat oven to 400. Grease 9" pie plate (with Pam). Cook beef and soup mix until beef is brown, drain. Spread in pie plate; sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake 25 minutes. I counted this as six servings but you could make it eight (or four).
