Ingredients

    2 lbs cookd lean ground beef
    3-4 cloves garlic
    2-3 jalapeno pepper chopped
    4 tsp chili pepper
    1 tsp ground cumin
    2 cans red kidney beans drained
    2 cups chopped celery
    1 cup green pepper
    2 cans tomatoes diced (mexican style, if available)
    2 cans tomatoes with green chili peppers
    2 cups vegetable juice or tomato juice
    2 6 ounce cans tomato paste

Directions

brown meat first with garlic and chili powder
place all ingredients in slow cooker
cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or high for 4 to 5 hours
makes 20 cup servings
