Ingredients

    Dressing:
    3 tbsp Mayonnaise
    2 tbsp Quark (Or Fat-free sour cream)
    3 tbs 2% yogurt
    1 tsp Granulated sugar
    2 tbsp Lemon Juice
    2 Cloves garlic
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp Caraway seed, crushed
    1 tsp parsley
    2 tsp Dijon mustard

    Salad:
    1 small green cabbage, shredded
    3 celery stalks, chopped
    2 Granny smith or Gala apples, grated
    2 large carrots, grated
    4 green onions, chopped
    3 medium dill pickles, chopped
    1 red or green bell pepper
    3 baby (lebanese) cucumbers, halved and sliced

Directions

Mix all dressing ingredients, adjust to taste.
Mix all salad ingredients, pour dressing over salad, mix well, refrigerate at least two hours.
