Ingredients

Ingredients: Head of iceberg lettuce, 6 slices bacon cooked, drained and crumbled, 1/2 cup sour cream, about the same amount of miracle whip light fat free salad dressing, 1/2 cup chopped celery, 1/2 cup frozen baby peas, 1/3 cup shredded cheddar.

Cook the bacon (I use the microwave), and drain on paper towels, set aside the bacon. This is the garnish for the top.

Wash and dry a head of lettuce. Tear it apart into small pieces and place in bowl (I use a pretty pressed glass bowl, so the colors of the layers are visible).

Layer the frozen peas (I use baby peas) on top of the lettuce, and sprinkle the celery on top of the peas. Mix the miracle whip and sour cream together and spoon on top. The Final layers consist of sprinkling the cheese, and crumble bacon on the very top.
