Ingredients

    Garlic, 12 cloves
    Onions, raw, 1.50 cup, chopped
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    *Racconto 100% whole wheat spaghetti, 248 gram(s)
    Chef Cupboard Fit & Active 100% Free Chicken Broth, 2 serving
    Clams, Whole Baby including juice, 283 gram(s)
    Clam Juice - 1 8 oz bottle, 1 serving
    italian seasoning, 2 tbsp
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 4 tbsp

Directions

Put on a pot of water to boil for pasta. Peel garlic & onion. Food processor garlic/onion finely chopped. Add oil to 12 in skillet and sautee O+G until soft .Dont burn it will make bitter and you will have to restart! Add bottle of clam juice drain juice from clams and add. then add broth Dont add clams yet. Add seasoning and reduce/ boil onions garlic and clam juice /broth for 10 min. During this time cook /drain pasta .After the 10 min reduce add your clams to the sauce keep stirriing cook for 1min no longer or they will be tough. pour sauce over pasta Serve immediately add1tbs parmesan to each 4oz serving ...I have also added 1lb of sliced sauted mushrooms to the top a nice addition!
