Ingredients

2 Frozen Chicken Breasts
Baby Carrots
2 Stalks Celery
Brocoli Slaw
Onion
Garlic Salt
Ground GInger
Peanut Oil
Sauce:
Lite Soy Sauce
50/50 Orange Juice
Pineapple juice
ground ginger
Garlic salt
Cornstarch
Brown Rice
Directions
Sprikle 1/2 garlic salt and 1/2 Ginfer on chicken, cut into 1" pieces, set aside.
Chop veggies into bite size pieces.
Heat skillet or wok on high. Add 1/2 peanut oil, and stir fry veggies until heated through. Remove and set aside.
Add remaining peanut oil and add chicken. Stir fry until cooked through, add veggies to reheat. Reduce heat to med-low, then stir and add sauce. Remove from heat when sauce thickens. Serve over brown rice. Enjoy!
Remove oil for lower cal recipe.

Mix ingredients. Use reserved pineapple juice. Stir before adding to dish.
