A healthy, delicious smoothie! A healthy, delicious smoothie!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 bananas
    10 strawberries
    1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries
    2 scoops of strawberry whey protein powder
    1/2 cup of dole orange peach mango juice
    1/2 cup organic skim milk

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
Blend with a hand blender
Separate into 4 cups and refrigerate or freeze until ready to drink!
