Ingredients

    1 chopped onion
    2 tbsp oil
    2 cloves garlic (minced)
    2 lb ground venison (fat drained)
    2 sweet red peppers (chopped)
    1 green pepper (chopped)
    1 can mushrooms
    2 can kidney beans
    1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
    1 14 oz can tomato sauce
    2 tbsp flour
    1 cup milk
    1 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp oregano
    pinch chili flakes
    1 4 oz can diced green chilis
    1/3 cup chili sauce
    1 tbsp chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook beef, onions and garlic together in frying pan; drain fat (rinse with hot water)

Mix meat mixture with other ingredients and add to crock pot.

Cook on high for four hours or on low for 8 hours.

One ladle equals one serving.
