Ingredients

    2 cloves garlic chopped
    1 inch root ginger chopped
    1 onion chopped
    3-4 celery stalks chopped
    1 1/2 green pepeprs chopped
    1/2 red pepper chopped
    80g sugar snap peas
    140g sweetcorn
    250g prawns
    1/2 tin cococnut milk
    1 small green chilli deseeded and chopped
    2 crushed cardamon pods

Directions

heat oil in pan
chop all vegtables and garlic and ginger
cook vegetable together until softening
add coconut milk and curry paste and cook for about 10 mins
add prawns and cook until firm and pink
