Ingredients

    1 Pork Roast - about 3-4 lbs (shoulder or butt)
    1 small can ginger ale
    2 large onions - sliced
    about 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce

Directions

1. place 1 onion (sliced) in slow cooker
2. add pork roast to slow cooker, adding 1 onion (sliced) on top.
3. Add Ginger ale to slow cooker.
4. Cover and heat on low for about 12 hrs.
5. Remove roast and onions
6. Drain all liquid and return onions to slow cooker
7. pull pork aprt with your hands (making sure to remove any remaining fat) and return to slow cooker
8. Add BBQ sauce and mix well.
9. Continue to cook on low for about 6 hrs.
10. Serve on hamburger buns or bread - ENJOY!
