Ingredients

1 tbsp. vegetable oil.
2 (4oz) cans of Mushrooms Pieces & Stems, drained and dry
2 lbs. Ground Chuck
1 Med Yellow Onion, diced
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
3 (15 oz.) cans of Tomato Sauce
2 (14.5 oz) cans of Diced Tomatoes
2 lbs. Dry Pasta
Directions
Heat vegetable oil in an extra- large skillet or dutch oven on High heat until just smoking then add mushrooms. Turn heat down to medium-high. cook untill mushrooms shrink slightly. Add 1 teaspoons salt. Continue to cook untill they have a nice sear. Add ground chuck and cooked until browned. Drain all put 2 tablespoons fat.
Add onion and cook untill softened and edges have become transparent. Add garlic and cook untill fragrant. Add all the tomatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 20-30 minutes.
When you add tomatoes In a large pot bring 4 qts of water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon salt and 2 lbs. of pasta. Cook untill done. Mix all together or serve seperately.
