Ingredients

    1/2 c sugar free pasta sauce
    1/3 c skim milk
    1 dashes of salt (I prefer sea salt)

    optional ingredients:

    1 dash basil
    1 dash garlic powder (or garlic salt)
    1 dash onion powder
    1 dash oregano
    1 sliced small tomato for extra chunk if you like
    A ring or two of diced onion

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and microwave for 1-2 minutes.

Makes one very filling serving.
