Ingredients

    1/2 Carrots, raw sliced
    1/2 Butternut Squash,sliced
    3 Medium Potato sliced
    1/2 Red Ripe Tomatoes,
    1 Stalk Celery
    9 0z Ground beef
    1 tsp Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry
    1 tsp Curry powder
    1 tbsp Kraft Real Mayo
    1/4 Cheddar Cheese shredded topping
    4 figs Broccoli decorating
    1-1 1/2 cups Water, tap,
    1 tsp thyme, fresh,
    Salt to taste if required

Directions

Prepare meat in a skillet seasoned to taste.
Combined vegetables and other ingrediance in a bowl. Add ground beef.
Lightly greased a 9" pie dish pour vegatables and minced beef in to dish. Allowed to bake for 55 minutes at mark 3 or 325 degrees. Garnished with tomato wedges, brocolli and sprinkle with cheese. Allow 5 minutes to finish.
