1 STICK + 6 TBL BUTTER
1/2 CUP PLAIN APPLESAUCE PLUS 6 TBLS.
3/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR SPLENDA
1/2 CUP WHITE SUGAR SPLENDA BLEND
4 LARGE EGGS
2 TSP VANILLA
2 CUPS WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
1 CUP BROWN RICE FLOUR
3/4 CUP GROUND FLAX SEED
2 TSP BAKING SODA
2 TSP CINNAMON
1 TSP SALT
6 CUPS OATMEAL (QUICK OR 5 MIN)
2 CUPS CHOPPED WALNUTS
2 CUPS RAISINS
Directions
OVEN - 350
CREAM TOGETHER THE BUTTER, BROWN SUGAR SPLENDA AND WHITE SPLENDA. ADD IN THE APPLESAUCE. BEAT IN EGGS AND VANILLA.
STIR TOGETHER THE FLOURS, FLAX, BAKING SODA, SALT AND CINNAMON. ADD TO THE BUTTER MIXTURE CUP AT A TIME, BEATING IT ALL IN.
STIR IN THE OATS, WALNUTS AND RAISINGS. DOUGH WILL BE STIFF BUT MAKE SURE THAT IT IS WELL MIXED.
BAKE FOR 11 MINUTES, FLATTENING A LITTLE WITH A FORK AFTER 5 MIN. OR SO.
THESE ARE YUMMY AND NOT ONLY THAT, THEY ARE FILLING AND GOOD FOR!!!
