This is an incredibly delicious sandwich that I found a long the way of my weightloss journey. You can actually add whatever you would like to-these are the items that I add to mine. Ingredients

    2 tbsp Butter -add garlic
    1/2 Advocado w/ dash of garlic Salt
    Fresh spinach - 6-7 leaves
    1 roma or any other kind of tomatoe
    Red onion (optional)
    5-6 slices Cucumber-peeled

Directions

Slice the pita to make it 2. Spread the garlic butter on both sides. Put on a baking sheet and place in the oven on 250. While your pita is baking (10 min) you can slice, up the items you will be putting on your pita. For the advocado I mash it up and add some garlic salt. Once your pita is done let it cool for approx. 5 min. Once cool you can spread on the advocado and place the remainding ingredients on the pita.
Makes 2 1/2 slices
