Introduction
I found this idea through a blog and modified it to be more healthy and added some nuts. I found this idea through a blog and modified it to be more healthy and added some nuts.Number of Servings: 16
Ingredients

5 Cups Oatmeal
1/2 Cup sliced almonds
1/4 Cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 Cup Applesauce (unsweetened)
1/4 Cup honey or maple syrup (depending on preference)
3 Tbsp molasses
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp vanilla
Directions
Combine ingredients in a large slow cooker (minus the seeds and nuts)
Cook on high for 3-4 hours stirring every 20-30 minutes.
Half way through the cooking process add the seeds and nuts.
Serving = 1/3 cup
You can also add other nuts and seeds as well as raisins or dried cranberries however they are not included in the nutritional info.
Number of Servings: 16
