Ingredients

    Brown Beans, 6 cups
    Palm Oil, 0.5 cups
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 3 tsp
    Shrimp, dried, grounded 3 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Knorr Beef Cube, 1 cube

Directions

Soak beans in water overnight. Drain water. Put beans in saucepan. Add water to beans (water should barely cover beans). Add cray fish, beef stock seasoning, pepper and onions. Cook beans on high heat for about 20 minutes then add salt and oil. Cook beans for an additional 10 minutes on high then stir very well to mix the oil very well into the beans. Allow to simmer for another 10 minutes. Stir and serve.
