Introduction

A very tasty dish to go with any meal.
(*1) you can use virtually any squash. I prefer the Butternut.
(* 2) in place of wheat germ can use unpolished Rice or Flour.

Ingredients

    6 Large Potatos
    2 Medium Onions
    ! cup Shredded Squash (uncooked) (*1)
    3 Beaten Eggs
    1 Level teaspoon of salt
    1/2 Cup Olive Oil
    1/2 Cup Kretschmer Wheat Germ (* 2)
    Cinnamon & Paprika

Directions

Scrub or peel the potatos and shred. Also shred the onions and squash. Add rest of the ingredients, mix well. Spray oven proof glass dish with non-stick spray,. Sprinkle dish with Cinnamon & Paprika, add mixture and sprinkle top with Cinnamon & Paprika.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 1 1/2 hours or until Brown.
