Ingredients

    These were the ingredients i used, all of which can be found in Asda.

    56g Billington's Dark Muscavado Sugar (1/4 cup)
    1tsp Baking Powder
    1tsp Cinnamon
    339g Allinsons Wholemeal self raising flour ( 1 1/2 Cups)
    113g of ASDA (DONT USE SMARTPRICE, FULL OF SUGAR!!) Apple Sauce ( 1/2 cup)
    59ml Paynes Dairies Semi Skimmed Milk (1/4 Cup)
    75g ASDA Raisins (1/3 Cup)

Directions

1. Preheat your over to 180 Degrees (350)
2. Mash your bananas into a pulp.
3. Mix together Sugar, Baking powder, cinnamon, Apple Sauce, Bananas, and gradually add milk.
4. Fold in the flour.
5. divide into 11 portions, and bake 15 - 20 minutes until golden brown and springy!

    There's no bananas in the ingredient list, so no idea how many/much to use. Won't this affect the calorie content etc? - 7/26/10
