Introduction

Ingredients

    1 large can Tomato Juice
    1 soda can size can of V-8 Reduced sodium
    Package of Country style pork ribs
    2TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
    1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    3 Tsp Honey Mustard
    BBQ Seasoning (to taste)
    Garlic Powder (to taste)

Directions

Mix all ingredients except ribs together in crock pot. Add Ribs carefully making sure all are covered by liquid. Cook. I do mine at the 10 hour setting on my crockpot. They are AMAZING! The nutrution information assumes you eat all of the liquid too. I just pull the ribs out and eat them without extra liquid. Each rib is approx 2 servings of meat.
