Ingredients

    1/4 cup liquid egg whites
    1/2 cup skim milk
    2 Tablespoons oldfashioned rolled oats
    dash of salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnaon
    1 packet truvia natural sweetener
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla or maple extract (optional)
    Fresh fruit

Directions

whisk together all ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for about 12 minutes or until custard thickens. Do not boil. After removing from heat stir in 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla exract or maple extract if desired

Top with fresh fruit if desired.
