Introduction

I took some of "this" and some of "that" from a couple of recipes and added some of my own things and here's a soup that my husband and I enjoy. I took some of "this" and some of "that" from a couple of recipes and added some of my own things and here's a soup that my husband and I enjoy.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    4 cups cannellini beans with juice(2 15oz cans)
    4 cups diced tomatoes w/green chilies with juice (2 14.5oz cans)
    1 large onion, choped
    5 tsp worcestershire sauce
    6 cups broth (any flavor)
    5 oz Pickled Pepper rings
    100 grams frozen stir fry vegetables
    4 cups frozen Normandy style vegetables
    5 leaves fresh basil
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 package each- dry vegetable and onion soups
    1 bouillon cube (any flavor)
    crushed oregano (just rub it between your palms into the pot)

Directions

Chop onion and sweat in soup pan;
add crushed garlic and saute with onion;
add peppers with some of the juice;
add the oregano, beans, tomatoes, soup mixes, bouillon, worcestershire and stir good;
bring to a boil and add the frozen vegetables and other ingrediants;
bring back to a boil, resuce heat and simmer for about 35 minutes.
