Introduction

Ingredients

3 Honeysuckle White Turkey Bratwursts, Sweet Italian
1 bottle Prego Heart Smart Italian Sauce, Ricotta & Parmesan
1/2 C canned mushrooms (or fresh, if you have them on hand)
8 C spaghetti squash
Directions
Wash the exterior of the spaghetti squash. Cut in half crosswise. Scoop out the seeds. Cover one half with waxed paper. Microwave for 12 to 14 minutes. Repeat the process with the other half. (You may also choose to steam the squash after seeding it.)
Spray a large skillet with cooking spray. Take three Honeysuckle White (or other brand) Italian brats. Remove skins and thoroughly cook in skillet, crumbling meat as you go.
Add sauce and mushrooms to cooked meat, simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve 1/2 cup of sauce over 1 cup of squash.
You may want to sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese over the top to serve (not included in calorie count).
