Ingredients

3/4 c Mixed frozen berries ( I used blueberry, raspberry, blackberry)
    2T Water
    1T Arrowroot powder
    2t Honey

Directions

Put the berries, water, and honey in a small sauce pan, cook until it starts to simmer and the berries are no longer frozen. Mix in the arrowroot powder (stir continually) , it should start to thicken almost immediately, remove from heat and use as a topping for whatever you want! You want to make sure to keep stirring the entire time it is over the heat.
