Ingredients

    2 -1 Pound Pork Tenderloins
    1/2 Cup Low Sugar Apricot Preserves
    1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple Juice Concentrate
    1 Cup Water (to dilute Juice concentrate)
    1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
    2 Tsp. Poultry Seasoning
    1 Tsp. Fresh Ground Black Pepper
    2 Tbs. Olive Oil
    1 Tbs. Cornstarch
    4 Slices Fresh Pineapple Halved

Directions

Rinse Pork Tenderloins and pat dry . Coat with olive oil.
Combine spices to make a dry rub. and season the pork on all sides.
Whisk together in the slow cooker, the apricot preserves, pineapple juice concentrate,water and cornstarch.
Place the tenderloins in the cooker and add any remaining rub.Cook on HIGH for four hours.
Let the tenderloin rest for 30 minutes and slice at an angle.
Serve with the sauce and a slice of the pineapple.
