Introduction

A creamy and crunchy salad to put into pita pockets. A creamy and crunchy salad to put into pita pockets.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp of reduced fat sour cream that has been mixed with ranch dressing powder.
    3 oz of cooked chicken breast shredded
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup chopped carrots


Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Makes 4 half cup servings. Best enjoyed in a pita pocket that has been lined with spinach leaves.
