Introduction

Oh SO Good on a cold day. It has good flavor and not a ton of calories. Oh SO Good on a cold day. It has good flavor and not a ton of calories.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 pound of ground beef, extra lean
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 onion chopped
    4 cups of water
    4 cups of cabbage, chopped
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    4 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cans(15oz) red kidney beans
    4 cups of tomato juice( i used home canned tomatoes for the juice)

Directions

Cook ground beef, onion and garlic until beef in done. DRAIN. Put all ingredients into a stock pot, cook until cabbage is tender. I cook on low for about 45 miutes to an hour. This makes 12 servings (1 1/2 cup per serving)
